RAFAEL (RALPH) PEREZ, LS

​Mr. Perez is the owner and president of New York Geomatics. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations, including developing and executing all pertinent business
strategies, procurement, management, and professional oversight in all contracts
involving New York Geomatics. He is also responsible for overseeing all field operations, including planning, scheduling, and supervising contract labor.

 

Mr. Perez founded New York Geomatics in 2009. While working as an employee for other heavy construction firms, he realized there was an opportunity to put his experience and skills to use in helping service the engineering/construction industry.
He is a New York State licensed surveyor with over 30 years of experience in New York City Heavy/Civil and Engineering Surveying. Mr. Perez is also a longtime member of Local 15D of the International Union of Operating Engineers.
